🚨 We’re Hiring: Technical Buyer – Marine Fit-Out Components 🚨Are you a dynamic buyer with a solid procurement background and a passion for the marine industry? We’re working with a growing company seeking a skilled Technical Buyer to join their team and hit the ground running on an exciting full fit-out project.What’s Involved?This role will require a mix of procurement expertise and technical understanding. You’ll work closely with the Design and Project Management teams, ensuring components are sourced accurately, on time, and within budget.
Key responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day procurement tasks, making decisions to streamline processes.
• Negotiating with suppliers to maintain strong relationships while driving cost savings.
• Identifying and securing new suppliers to widen options and improve negotiating power.
• Reviewing weekly and stock reports to pre-empt any potential issues.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to ensure smooth project delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in marine fit-out components or a similar technical field.
• Strong procurement skills, with the ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Excellent communication skills – you’ll need to liaise with design, project management, and finance teams to keep everyone aligned.
• High energy and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset – the company operates a flat structure where collaboration is key.
