Keep reading to learn more!Technical Lead, Machine Identity, Brampton, ONIn this role, you will be responsible for overseeing, securing, and managing the lifecycle of machine identities across the entire organization. This role involves establishing and maintaining cryptographic practices, such as Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and certificate management to safeguard digital identities for devices, applications, and other non-human entities.What You’ll Do:
- Architect and design the High Assurance (HA) PKI and certificate services in conjunction with Hardware Security Modules (HSM)
- Facilitate HA PKI committee and maintain currency of HA PKI and Crypto related policies, standards, and procedures
- Manage the lifecycle of cryptographic keys, include key generation, distribution, rotation, revocation, and storage
- Design and lead the integration of Venafi certificate management solution to streamline manual process in TLS management and integration with High Assurance (HA) PKI solution
- Support Data Encryption Deployments and Applied Cryptography
- Support projects, lead the development of new encryption applications and services
- Experience with scripting or automation tools for cryptographic processes
What you Bring:
- Progressive experience with machine identity, data encryption, key management, cryptography solutions
- Strong knowledge and experience of encryption solutions and methodologies and cryptography fundamentals, Digital Certificates and PKI standards
- Experience and deeper understanding Hardware Security Modules (HSM), Key Management systems and Data Protection Management
- Understanding on the security protocols and cloud platforms ex: TLS, SSH
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills along with the ability to present complex security subjects to internal work groups and projects.
