C’est un poste à temps partiel et un rôle sur site basé à Saint-Hyacinthe, Québec. Le taux horaire pour ce poste est de 23 à 30 $ de l’heure. Les jours de travail pour ce poste sont : mercredi, jeudi et vendredi de 8h a 16h30.

Descriptions des principales tâches et responsabilités :

• Être en mesure d’enregistrer les transactions dans le système comptable

• Répondre aux questions de la clientèle relative à la facturation et aux encaissements.

• Répondre aux questions des fournisseurs quant à la facturation et au paiement de facture

• Émettre différents rapports

• Mettre et tenir à jour les fiches clients et fournisseurs au système comptable

• Faire le suivi de dossier spécifique à la demande de la direction

• Gestion de la timbreuse

• Être en mesure d’opérer la machine de carte de crédit

• Classement

• Toutes autres tâches connexes à l’emploi

Compétences requises:

• Diplôme d’études secondaires et deux années d’expérience pertinente

• Permis de conduire valide
