Temporary Call Center Representatives

  • Urgent* Seeking 8 Temporary Call Center Reps to start on Monday January 6th to assist with the “first notice of loss calls” for a local Flood Insurance Company. Project length depends on call volume. Could be 1-3 months in length.

Responsibilities:

  • The primary responsibility is to take first notice of loss phone calls.
  • Helps respond to basic customer inquiries regarding the products and services the Company offers.
  • Answers, documents and monitors call center calls, emails and transactions.
  • Requests additional/missing information from the customer via letter or telephone call to answer customer inquiries.
  • Assists in tracking client and product order information and logging client data in spreadsheets to assist with monitoring call center activity.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Proficient with computers
  • Good typing skills and ability to multi-task

Education:

High School

Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Prior Administrative, Call Center, or Flood Insurance experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to handle one self in a professional manner
  • Good internet connection
  • Must be willing to work in office on Monday’s
  • Hours are from 6am-6pm (Must be open to working a 8 hour shift within those times)
