A local non-profit is looking for a Temporary Executive Assistant to support their team. If you have 2+ years of executive assistant or high level administrative experience and are passionate about helping people, this role may be the perfect fit for you!

This is a full-time, Temporary Executive Assistant role. In this role, you will be assisting with maintaining financial records, preparing reports, monitoring income, reconciling accounts, and scheduling.
Temporary Executive Assistant Job Duties:
- Track spending and assist with budgeting
- Act as point of contact between program participants and admin personnel
- Create and maintain program schedules and office calendars
- Preparing reports
- Make travel arrangements and assist with travel reimbursements
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Pay:
$31-$32.90 per hour
Temporary Executive Assistant Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of executive assistant or similar admin experience
- Strong computer skills with intermediate Excel
- Prior experience with budgeting and expenses
