Temporary Receptionist

A local non-profit is looking for a Temporary Receptionist to support their front desk team!

This local non-profit is working daily to solve hunger in Western Washington. This company partners with 350 different food banks, shelters, and meal programs to provide more than 201,000 meals every single day. Your work here truly makes a difference!

In this full-time, Temporary Receptionist role, you will be supporting at the front desk with greeting guests and vendors, managing mail, and supporting with administrative duties. This role is expected to last about 3 months. 

Temporary Receptionist Job Duties:

  • Provide customer service to visitors, volunteers, and vendors
  • Answer and transfer calls
  • Daily mail handling and distribution
  • Basic data entry?

You’ll be successful in this role if you enjoy giving back to the community, love customer service, and are detail oriented.

Shift:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay:
 $25

Temporary Receptionist Requirements:

  • 2+ years of receptionist/front desk experience
  • High level of computer skill including MS Office and Excel
  • Strong computer skills (MS Suite)
  • Proof of full covid vaccination
