There are unique opportunities to be part of the teams that enables our Technology, Product, and Real Estate Development divisions and drive our strategic business goals forward to propel our organizational growth.As the Senior Analyst/Analyst, Strategy & Operations, you will be an internal consultant to a division, identifying, recommending, and building the people and process solutions that the business needs to operate at the highest level of operational excellence. You will support with transformational projects across a variety of areas. - Support with developing business strategies to evaluate opportunities, propose plans, and ensure the optimal execution of sales driving, profit maximizing and expansion opportunities
- Support with designing operating models to build or optimize the structure of the organization
- Build the standard tools required for teams to operate such as frameworks, reference materials, templates, toolkits, and more
- Support with designing or optimizing programs that enable the business to scale
- Seamlessly integrate optimized infrastructure into the day to day of the business
THE QUALIFICATIONSThe Senior Analyst/Analyst, Strategy & Operations has:
- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications
- Degree in Business Administration or related field is an asset
- Consulting experience is an asset
- Experience with a business strategy and/or integration roadmap development is an asset
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s Values, Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATIONThe typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 – $100,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.We are always looking for top talent.
