We are looking for a Gas Bar Supervisor to be responsible for the achievement of planned sales and gross margin results, as well as image and housekeeping standards within a safe and secure working environment.In this role you will:

• Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of the gas station.
• Manage staff and assigned duties.
• Hire, train and develop high caliber staff.
• Create and maintain employee schedules.
• Review and maintain inventory.
• Perform attendant duties when necessary, including pumping gas, filling propane tanks and washing windshields.
• Clean and perform maintenance of the property, both indoors and outdoors.
• Resolve customer and employee issues.

• Valid driver’s license.
