Job description

We are now hiring Order Selectors for a Warehouse in Tyler, TX!Shift: 7:00AM-Job Completion (8-11 hour days)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay: $15.50-$16.50 per hour (with raise after conversion)Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently pull products from designated storage areas to fulfill customer orders.
• Ensure all pulled items are in good condition and meet quality standards.
• Organize and prepare pulled items for packaging and shipment.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet daily production goals.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adapt to changes in orders, priorities, or procedures as necessary.
• Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse experience is a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Reliability and punctuality are a must.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move items for the duration of the shift.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities.
