This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity
in a Warehouse Administrative role that has an emphasis in data entry and software utilization.
This company is a leading distributor of cleaning supplies,
from bathroom tissue to floor cleaning machines. This role provides variety in
your workday, keeping each day fresh!
This position is great for someone who has experience with data
entry, inventory verification, invoicing, document comparison, and has a high
attention to detail.
Warehouse Administrative Job Duties:
- Data entry
- Invoicing
- Review Purchase Orders
- Review Reports
- Compare documents/manifest to ensure proper number
documentation - Utilize a reach truck in the warehouse as needed – (25% of your week)
- Help with general warehouse needs (order picking, forklift use, RF scanner, etc.)
Warehouse Administrative Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in an administrative role
- 1+ year experience using excel and outlook
- Experience in or is open to learning how to use a forklift, order picking, and other warehouse duties (when needed)
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Steel toe boots/shoes
Pay: $19 per hour
- Pay increase when converted to a permanent employee
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm
- Training will be 8am-4pm for 1-2 weeks.
