The facility is not temperature controlled – hot in summer
and cool in the winter. However, you will have the chance to learn and grow
your skillset and jumpstart your career! In this role, the Warehouse Clerk is
responsible for checking in incoming shipments, ensuring all items match
the packing slip, and posting the information into the computer system. They
must accurately process stock orders, organize parts in designated locations with
proper labeling, and dispose of unnecessary packing materials. Additional
duties include pulling parts for orders, maintaining a clean warehouse,
processing returns, filing freight claims for damaged or missing items, and
following safety protocols.

Warehouse Clerk Job Duties:

• Check and verify all  shipments against
  packing slips, post details in the system, and address shortages or
  damaged parts according to company procedures.
• Process
  stock orders within 24 hours, properly label parts with barcode bin
  labels, create bin locations for new items, and store stock in the correct
  locations.
• Pull
  parts for orders, ensuring accuracy in part numbers and quantities, and
  process returns, ensuring parts are in re-saleable condition with proper
  return paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, follow safety
  guidelines, file freight claims for shortages or damage, and may drive company
  vehicles for parts pick-up or delivery.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 6 AM to 4:30 PM

Warehouse Clerk Requirements:

• High
  school diploma or GED, with at least one year of related experience or
  training, or an equivalent combination of both.
• Ability
  to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
