Join Us as a Warehouse Operative (Pickers/Packers)!We’re hiring Warehouse Operatives (Pickers/Packers) for a busy warehousing and distribution company. This is a temporary position with guaranteed weekly work for reliable candidates. Both full-time and part-time roles are available.Location: Wellesbourne (CV35), near Stratford-Upon-Avon
Employer: 3PL Resources (part of Cathay Group)
Pay Rate: £11.44
Shifts: Day and night shifts available (8am-8pm / 8pm-8am) with a 4-on, 4-off, 12-hour shift pattern
Transport: Own transport preferred or car sharesRequirements:

• Experience is preferred but not essential—training provided.
• Must have eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• General warehouse duties: unloading, organizing, and preparing orders.
• Operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanners.
• Handle e-commerce fulfilment and inspect stock for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate stock records and perform periodic stock checks.
• Ensure all items are correctly packaged, wrapped, and labelled for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace by keeping aisles clear and removing waste.
