Start Date: ImmediateWe are hiring for a Warehouse Operative to undertake picking, packing, loading/offloading, and general warehouse duties at our client’s distribution centre in Coalville. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where you’ll play an essential role in fulfilling customer orders.Duties of a Warehouse Operative:
As part of the Logistics and Warehouse team, your responsibilities will include:

• Using a handheld scanner to pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Packing items for dispatch with attention to quality and detail
• Loading and offloading goods from delivery vehicles
• Supporting general warehouse operations as needed

Skills and Experience of a Warehouse Operative:
To succeed in this role, previous experience with:

• Handheld scanning equipment
• Working in a similar warehouse or logistics role is advantageous

It would be beneficial to the Warehouse Operative role if you also had:

• Strong communication skills, especially in spoken and written English
• Access to reliable transportation; the site is accessible by car, public transit, walking, or cycling
• A team-oriented attitude and attention to detail
