Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate | Part-Time

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse
| Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our dynamic
Shipping/Warehouse and Logistics team in a PART TIME, Temp to Hire Role.
This role will play a key part in coordinating shipping, order fulfillment, and
inventory management. You will report directly to the Director of North America
Supply Chain and work closely with the Logistics Coordinator to ensure smooth
and efficient operations.

Warehouse Shipper Responsibilities:

• Coordinate outgoing shipments with FedEx, UPS and LTL carriers.
• Prepare shipments by shrink wrapping, banding outgoing freight, and scanning barcodes on all shipments.
• Assist with order fulfillment, inventory management, and MRP system data entry.
• Provide freight quotes to customers and support customer inquiries related to deliveries and order status.
• Work with the Logistics Coordinator to ensure efficient shipping processes and timely order fulfillment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-12pm
(4.5 hours/day | 22 hours/week guaranteed)

This is a flex role that is guaranteed up to 22 hours a
week – however, you will need the flexibility to work up to 40 hours a week to
sometimes offset support when there are call outs/employees on PTO?

Pay: $20-21/hr

Warehouse Shipper Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or order fulfillment.
• Forklift certified (required).
• Experience working with UPS, FedEx, and LTL carriers.
• Knowledge of inventory management
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
