Position: Water/Fire/Mold Restoration Technician

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Communicate daily with Project Manager, updating on project status, and notifying of any changes.
• Fire Damage-board up, structure stabilization, smoke cleaning & pack out
• Water Damage-extraction, drying, minor demolition & pack out
• Mold Remediation
• Restoration-contents manipulation, cleaning
• Minor demolition and trash removal
• Drive a company vehicle to job sites
• Able and willing to work overtime for emergency response situations and readily embrace change
• Able to work within a fast-paced environment
• Provide outstanding customer satisfaction and work well as a team
• Other duties as assigned
• Prior work experience in construction, construction management and/or insurance restoration industry a plus

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• On call rotation for new emergency calls 1 week a month; Willingness/ability to work some weekends and night hours as needed
• Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects on a regular basis
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
