A leading wholesaler of natural stones like granite and marble is adding a Will Call Clerk to their customer service team. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role with a company with over 20 distribution centers in the U.S.
As a Will Call Clerk associate, you’ll develop relationships with their customers through providing price quotes, checking material availability, and processing orders. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has a passion for customer service, strong administrative skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Will Call Clerk Job Duties:
- Take orders and input into the computer system
- Verify product availability
- Schedule orders for delivery
- Provide customer service in person, email and phone
You will be successful in this role if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a diverse customer base.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
* Optional opportunity for over time on Saturdays
Pay:
$23 per hour
Will Call Clerk Job Requirements:
- 2+ year of will-call or call center experience
- 1 year of experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional communication, phone, email and in person
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, highly organized
