Following a recent restructure, we’re focused on redefining the way we grow and thrive – together.We are looking to recruit a Workforce Development LMS (Learning Management System) Officer on a fixed term contract (2 years). You will be qualified to A Level standard (or other relevant qualification) or hold equivalent experience in HR / Workforce Development / System Management.About the roleSupport the Council to achieve its objectives in working with multiple stakeholders to adopt and optimise use of the Council’s new Learning Management System (LMS).Take a lead role in ensuring the smooth operation and effective utilisation of the Council’s new Learning Management System (LMS).Provide technical advice and support in the configuration, integration, training, maintenance, stakeholder, engagement, training, and end user support of the LMS.About youYour experience will include knowledge of modern technology platforms and process and contract management processes.Using a range of skills, you will support the HR Systems Manager in the management and motivation of project group members to ensure effective performance.You will be able to use your effective communication skills to deal with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior managers.Royal Greenwich is a great place to live and work.
