Youth Worker needed in NewcastleCalling all passionate and dedicated individuals! We’re hiring for a full-time position in Newcastle starting in January 2025 until the end of the academic year.We believe in empowering students to unlock their full potential and become confident, well-rounded individuals. As a Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our students’ development and building strong connections within our school community.As a dedicated Youth Worker, you will have the privilege of working closely with students aged 11-16 to inspire, guide, and support their personal, social, and emotional development.Your responsibilities will include:

• Organising and delivering engaging activities that promote positive youth development.
• Providing mentoring and pastoral support to individual students or small groups.
• Creating a safe and inclusive environment that fosters a sense of belonging.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
